International Shipping

We use the carrier company Postnord who outsources deliveries to local carrier companies with whom they have a partnership in different countries during the shipping process. This entails that we are currently unable to offer full tracking for a few destination countries in Asia and Africa. All packages are dispatched from just outside of Stockholm, Sweden. The shipping time for different shipping zones after the carrier has dispatched the package: Africa: 5-10 business days Australia & New Zeeland: 5-10 business days Asia: 3-10 business days (depending on the shipping zone) Europe: 1-4 business days Nordic: 1-3 business days North America: 2-7 business days South America: 2-7 business days Once the carrier has dispatched the package you should receive an automated respons containing a tracking link if the destination country for the package is eligible for full tracking. If you have not received a tracking link then please check your junkmail filter and get back us at and we will provide you with your tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of the package. It is added to the order during the last stage of the check out process.

The dreaded ”invalid address/recipient” shipping error

When you place an order, please make sure that all the correct and necessary information is provided for the delivery address as once a package has left our warehouse we are unable to change or add any information regarding the destination address. This means that please do not register a nickname or internet handle as the recipient as this greatly increases the likelihood that the carrier will be unable to complete the delivery of your package. If you notice a typo or anything wonky with the delivery address then get back to us as soon as possible and we will update the information if the order has not yet left the warehouse. In short, please be observant that your registered delivery address is correct.

Failed Delivery

If your order is for any reason unable to get delivered, it will be returned to us after having spent some time in the carrier’s holding pen in Sweden. At the time we receive the return package we will contact you and either resend the package or offer a refund. By far the most common shipping issue the dreaded ”invalid address/recipient error” (please see the above paragraph). For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge the cost of return shipping and handling to the customer.

Returns & size exchange

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at, you have the opportunity to return the item(s) within 14 days if the item(s) has not been worn or used. The return package should include the original packaging and brand labels along with the receipt. Of course you can exchange sizes if you want. The same terms apply where the item you wish to exchange has not been used or worn and the original receipt is included in the package. Preferably you have contacted us at before sending us a return package so that we know to expect your support claim. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return package. Please notice that you CAN’T return CUSTOM MADE products! (Including nickname). If there is any problems with your product, please contact us.

General questions and support

You must be over 18 years of age or have parental consent when placing an order at the LeagueShop. We reserve the right to not process your order and reject your payment. Please note that the product pictures may not represent the final design. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse just outside of Stockholm, Sweden.

EU Countries

For orders with a registered delivery address within the EU there will be a not be a VAT charge added to the end price, its included.

Non-EU Countries

Orders headed to destinations outside of the EU might be charged with Custom fees (taxes, duties, processing and brokerage fees, etc.). We do not have any control of these fees as they differ from country to country and are based on local tax rates. Please contact your local custom office for more information regarding tax rates for your country. The shipping fee included in the purchase only covers the cost of shipping the order to your delivery address, and does NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If payment of potential additional fees is refused at the point of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At the time the package(s) gets back to our warehouse we can refund the order, excluding the shipping costs.


Leagueshop takes responsibility for any personal information you provide us with when you register as a customer. The data is used to enable us to manage your purchases. No unauthorized person(s) will have access to our customer database and the data is not shared with third parties. You are entitled to one annual report on how your personal information is used free of charge. The request is sent to Any false orders and attempted fraud are reported to the police. We will on these occasions assist the police by providing the necessary information.
